The new All Indonesia Arrival Card

What Is the “All Indonesia” Arrival Card?
Indonesia has introduced a unified digital portal, named “All Indonesia”, to streamline immigration, customs, and health procedures into a single form, replacing multiple separate processes like SATUSEHAT (health declaration) and e-CD (customs declaration) online forms.
- Travelers fill out this form within 3 days (ideally 72 hours) prior to arrival
- The process takes about 2.5 minutes to complete
- Upon submission, a QR code is generated and sent via email, which must be presented to immigration/customs upon arrival
- It's free of charge
Steps to Complete the Arrival Card for Foreign Visitors
- Visit allindonesia.imigrasi.go.id
- Select "English" and “Foreign Visitor” and fill in the required info:

- Health & customs declarations: symptoms, recent travel, items to declare (animals, electronics, baggage, etc.), IMEI registration for devices
- Submit the form to receive your QR code.
- Present the QR code (either printed or on your device) along with passport upon arrival.
The ALL INDONESIA Arrival Card
- Saves time and hassle: Consolidates multiple declarations into one seamless form.
- Mandatory where available: Use of the “All Indonesia” portal is required for the following eligible entry points such as Bali, Jakarta and Surbaya
- Fully digital and secure: Generates a QR code for easy scanning at checkpoints; no fees involved.
Important to note
The new All Indonesia Arrival Card is not a visa. It’s a mandatory digital entry declaration (immigration + customs + health) but does not replace visa requirements
Visa: You still need to obtain the correct visa for your visit (Visa on Arrival, e-VOA, free visa for certain ASEAN nationals, or other visa types depending on your nationality and purpose).
All Indonesia Arrival Card: This is a separate online form every traveler must complete (where available) within 3 days before arrival, even if they already have a visa or are visa-exempt.
Completing the healh and custom forms are essential, but now partially superseded components under the legacy process. The “All Indonesia” system is the new, unified standard currently being implemented, especially relevant for Bali arrivals.
Don't forget to apply for your evisa and pay your tourism levy!
